Skydiving is a weather dependent activity. In the event that we are unable to carry out the skydiving as per the booking Skydiving Kiwis will arrange another time and date that suits the client. All confirmed bookings made over the phone websites or email are deemed to be final. In the event of cancellation on your behalf the following conditions apply: • 24 hours or more of notice NO charge is applicable • Less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged 50% of the value of your purchase (skydive value only not including any camera or transport options). • Failure to show up on the day you will be charged 100% of the value of your purchase (skydive value only not including any camera or transport options).
