If cancelled up to 14 days prior to date of arrival $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel less than 14 days but more than 24 hours prior to your arrival date you will be charged 50% of the cost of the first nights accommodation. If you cancel 24 hours or less prior to your arrival date you will be charged 100% of the cost of your accommodation this includes no shows and cancellation of nights after arrival.
