Villa 231 is accommodation set on the stunning Terrace Downs Resort, just across the river from Mount Hutt. The Villa overlooks the back nine of the Resort's golf course and is ideally located for skiing, fishing, walking and Terrace Downs Resort's activities of golf, heli-skiing (in season), clay shooting, archery, horse riding or jet boating. Terrace Downs Resort also boasts two restaurants, Hunters Restaurant and The Cafe

With three bedrooms, the Villa sleeps six people, has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms including a spa bath, an open plan lounge and deck, Freeview and a gas fire to keep you warm in the winter months. You can sit on your balcony taking in views overlooking the back nine of the resorts golf course and the stunning vistas beyond. The Villa is to be cleaned upon leaving or a cleaning fee of $75 will be charged. If you wish to arrange cleaning please let us know at time of booking. For 1 night bookings there is an extra charge of $75.
No refund if the customer cancels within 48hrs of the booking date.
