For cancellations received 48+ hours in advance: You will receive a full refund. For cancellations received 24-48 hours in advance: You will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance: You will receive no refund. Weather Conditions: If we determine the weather conditions are not suitable for skydiving, or we need to postpone your skydive for other safety reasons, we will reschedule your skydive.
