Penthouse Suite 3 is our luxurious penthouse with beach and hill views The space If you are after luxury - this is it. Forget hotels or motels, this fully furnished luxury apartment by the beach is breathtaking. Up to 4 Adults can comfortably Stay in this apartment suite. We have visitors from around the globe and they all love their stay. Guest access BaySides private lane gives you access to the beach via Esplanade to the North, and we also have private access into the famous Joes Garage Cafe via Southern Access. The Pool Area is common and free to use however please respect other guests with noise levels in all common areas. The pool is out of action due to earthquake damage. Interaction with guests You will be greeted on arrival and we place complimentarys that do vary - we like to make a few nice touches so you do remember us. The neighbourhood The Luxury BaySide Apartments are surrounded by the beautiful Sumner Beach, Cafes, Restaurants, Picture Theatre, Arts & Crafts, right on your doorstep, Literally minutes walk. Grab an ice cream and take a stroll along the Esplanade and discover Sumner - truly heaven on Earth. Getting around Bus Stop is 2 minutes walk from apartments and there are 2 secure basement car parks if you have your own or have hired a vehicle. Other things to note The rubbish night is Sunday night, so for longer term stays we appreciate if you can follow the other owners and place wheelie bins at kerbside - otherwise the bins are in the basement. Please treat our property with respect, it is for your enjoyment and the enjoyment of other guests and residents. There is no smoking allowed, and no disorderly or noisy behaviour. There are to be no pets allowed. Cancellation Policy Short Term: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival except fees. Mid Term: Full refund 7 days prior to arrival except fees. Long Term: Full refund 30 days prior to arrival except fees.
