Urbano Bistro opened in July 2007. Since then we have been proudly providing locals and visitors to Rotorua with modern innovative cuisine coupled with excellent service in a comfortable ambience. We use only the freshest ingredients, sourced from all corners of New Zealand, which our team of talented chefs take and create beautiful, mouthwatering dishes that we serve every day.
