Cancellations up to seven days before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter the deposit may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations. If we are unable to retrieve cancellation fee from your credit card we will engage the services of a debt collection agency and all costs in relation to collection of overdue accounts will be added to your account. All cards may be pre-authorised prior to check in.
